Thank you for your purchase. We hope you’re happy with it, but if you need to return it for any reason follow the instructions below.

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to tell us you’d like to return it. Once you’ve let us know, you have another 14 days to send the item(s) back.

Conditions for Returns
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging (including tags or labels).

You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

If an item is returned in a non-resalable condition, we may not be able to issue a refund.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Original delivery costs will also be refunded (standard shipping only).

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

How to Return
Click Request Return from your order area in the customer account.

Alternatively email us at orders@hollowrocks.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll confirm the return address and instructions.
